1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website anmolcollection.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Anmol Collection.

2. About Our Services

Anmol Collection provides bespoke tailoring services including custom suit making, garment alterations, and tailoring consultations. Services are performed at our premises at 186/5 Koktanod Rd, Karon, Phuket 83100, Thailand, or by appointment.

The Site is used to provide information about our services, accept booking requests, and receive enquiries. Booking requests submitted through the Site are not confirmed appointments until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

3. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form on this website constitutes a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed reservation. We will contact you to confirm availability and finalise the details.

We reserve the right to decline booking requests for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of the requested date or time.

For same-day or urgent appointments, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.

4. Tailoring Services — Terms and Conditions

Measurements and Fittings

Accurate measurements are taken at your fitting appointment. If alterations are required after completion, we will make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge, provided the garment has not been altered, washed, or worn. You are responsible for notifying us of any measurement changes prior to collection of your garment.

Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, complexity of work, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. We typically require a deposit before commencement and the balance upon collection. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change; your quoted price will be honoured once confirmed in writing.

Uncollected Garments

Garments not collected within 60 days of completion, despite reasonable attempts to notify the customer, may be disposed of or donated at our discretion. We accept no liability for uncollected items after this period.

Cancellations

If you cancel an order after work has commenced, any deposit paid may be forfeited to cover materials and labour costs already incurred. Consultation appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rebooking fee.

5. International Customers and Shipping

We offer international shipping for completed garments. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Anmol Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon dispatch.

Customers are advised to inspect all garments upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Anmol Collection or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without permission

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
