We retain booking and contact records for a period of 2 years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We share your data only with the following service providers, solely to deliver our services:

• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Resend / email provider — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery

All service providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law. We do not share data with any other third parties.
