How Does a Remote Order Work?
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your fabric choice and style preferences.
- We confirm your stored measurements and discuss any adjustments needed.
- Production begins once deposit is received. Timelines: 5–10 days for a full suit.
- The finished garment is inspected, pressed, and shipped via DHL or FedEx. International delivery typically takes 3–7 days.
Shipping and Customs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Import duties and taxes at the destination country are the customer's responsibility. All garments are carefully packaged to arrive crease-free — jackets are shipped on a hanger inside a protective garment bag within a rigid outer box.
